Victoria Place, Bobcaygeon is an established residential area comprised of 215 brick homes, with full basements and attached garages. Each home stands on approximately on half an acre, which the homeowner owns outright. Surrounding the groups of homes (and, in some instances, separating lots) are large areas of common land (74 acres) owned by the community as a whole.
Residents of Victoria place share in the exclusive use of numerous recreational facilities including the Clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool, two beaches, shuffle board courts, regulation size lawn bowling green, and golf driving range. The Victoria Place Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of all property owners for card games, dances, meetings and recreational events. Canada Post mailboxes are located here as well.

Victoria Place owns several acres of beautiful, private, exclusive shoreline on Pigeon Lake where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, bird watching, a picnic or barbecue. Each home comes with a private dock space in protected docking harbours on Pigeon Lake. The entire Trent-Severn Waterway is available for all or your water sport activities. It is an excellent sailing area for those so inclined. Those that sail will want to check out the Pigeon Lake Yacht Club for additional social activities available in the Bobcaygeon area.

Most of the maintenance required to keep Victoria Place looking good is performed by resident volunteers. There are, however, some expenses incurred in the maintenance of the recreational facilities and in the upkeep of common ground, waterfront etc. that must be paid for. This results in a maintenance fee, which is currently a very reasonable $500.00. – This is truly an outstanding value. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and several more courses are within 20-25 minutes of Victoria Place. For those who enjoy winter snowmobiling, the Twin Mountains Snowmobile Club maintains and operates the local groomed trails just north of Bobcaygeon.
